Former Use: PPM conducted the site reconnaissance on May 9, 2018. The subject property consists of a 0.09-acre parcel of land developed with a commercial structure. The remainder of the property consists of grassy areas and a concrete sidewalk. Historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and property records indicate that the property has been developed with the current structure since at least 1951. The structure has been used for storage (household items, vending machines, furniture, bicycles, shelving, etc.) since 1995. Historical records indicate the structure was a residential duplex from at least 1951 to at least 1975 and used as retail from at least 1980 to 1995 (laundromat from 1985 to 1995).
