Additional Property Attributes

Lead-based paint and asbestos containing materials may be present in the site building components. Since this site was a fueling station petroleum contaminants are suspected. Only one material associated with the residential building contained asbestos. This material was vent pipe flashing, located where the vent penetrates the roof. No lead-based paint was identified at the site. Petroleum was detected but did not exceed the MRBC DTLs and therefore does not pose a risk to future use as a community center.

Former Use: The site currently contains a 1400 square foot house but was a former fueling station prior to 1960. The city would like to utilize this property for a new building in the future.
