The Phase I ESA identified a dry cleaning facility in this buildng and another one to the east of the site. A Phase II ESA is needed to identify if site contamination is present from these facilities. Asbestos and lead-based paint were found on the exterior windows in the building.

Former Use: The site has one small 1,900 square foot building at 7315 Olive Blvd. and vacant land (former structures were removed).
