Former Use: The building was constructed in the 1930s and was occupied by Arrowhead Freight Lines and various other trucking and freight related companies until the mid to late 1950s when it was occupied by a Safeway Stores garage. The Safeway Stores garage occupied the property until the mid-1970s when Lamberts Kar Kare assumed occupancy. Almo?s Cleaners (a dry cleaner) assumed occupancy of the site in the mid-1980s, followed by Henries Dry Cleaning in the 2000s. The building has been vacant since 2012.
