Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site appeared to have industrial facilities and a road transecting the property. In the earliest aerial photographs (1937), there appear to be 6 or more vertical aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) along the western boundary, one large building, and 4 or more smaller buildings. It is unclear what the tanks were used for and whether they are on the site or the west-adjoining property. The 1946 aerial photograph shows the site unchanged except it appears only 5 large ASTs are present. In 1958, 2 additional large buildings are present, and the northern portion of the site appears to have been filled northwards to Big Cottonwood Creek. In 1971, the AST and the original large building have been removed, but a third smaller structure has been built east of the northern building. In 1983 an additional building had been built along the western property line. By 2015 the western-most building had been removed, and 3 structures remain on the site until the present day. The site appeared to remain industrial in nature throughout its history.
