Additional Property Attributes

Building scheduled for controlled burn/demolition by rural fire department, summer of 2018. Site will be used for training and parking by the Lidgerwood Rural Fire Protection District.

Former Use: Building originally built as a train depot at a different site. Building was relocated to it's present location and remodeled for use as the city civic center, then a seniors center. Ownership will be transferred to the Lidgerwood Rural Fire Protection district after asbestos abatement has been conducted.
