Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was completed and a Geophysical Survey was completed to address the REC.

Former Use: The site covers an approximate 1.38-acre area of consisting of three parcels identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) 125-01-1200, 125-01-1210, and 125-01-1220 located at 3033 East Broadway Boulevard, Tucson, Arizona. The Site consists of a 14,280 square foot commercial bank and parking lot. The Site was developed from vacant land with bank and automobile service station after 1936 and prior to 1949. In the 1972 aerial photograph, the bank and automobile service station were demolished and one large bank building was constructed in the central portion of the Site.
