Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Previous site owners are listed as 4010 Lottery LLC (2014), LBC Development (1998-2013), Nick and Theresas Inc. (1993-1997). These operations did not engage in activities that would contribute to site contamination, if any exists. he site was developed with a convenience store in the 1970s which had USTs installed in 1972 and removed in 1976.. The facility was re-purposed as a restaurant in 1975 and then as office space in 1995. An environmental investigation conducted in 1995 identified soil impacts from the former service station operation but the subsequent LUST Case was eventually closed with closed soil levels meeting RBCA Tier 1. Since the time the LUST Case was closed, ADEQ sampling protocol has changed and the previous sampling does not meet the new protocol.
