The St. Johnsbury Development Fund acquired the property in 2017 and enrolled the property in the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's Brownfields Reuse and Environmental Liability Limitation Act (BRELLA) Program on April 2, 2018. In 2018, the St. Johnsbury Development Fund was awarded $192,907 of Northern Border Regional Commission Grant funds to rehabilitate the 12,000 square-foot vacant commercial/industrial building located on the subject property. The project supports local economic development initiatives to return underutilized properties to productive use and create new jobs.

Former Use: Historical operations included light manufacturing (gloves and apparel) from 1948 until 2001.
