Former Use: This is a lot that was historically residential from about 1923 to 2007. Since 2007 it has been vacant. The Phase I has shown that surrounding uses included retail, dry cleaning, auto repair and gasoline services as early as 1931. The current purchaser, Mid City Redevelopment Alliance, has acquired the property through auction.
