Former Use: According to the Fulton County Board of Assessors, the six contiguous parcels are owned by the City of College Park Business & Industrial Development Authority (BIDA). Mr. William Lee Moore, P.E. of the College Park Engineering Department is acting as a property agent on behalf of College Park BIDA. Mr. Moore reported all six parcels were single-family residences until the 1980s. The College Park BIDA has owned all six parcels since the 1980s.
