Additional Property Attributes

The 69 acre site is surrounded by residential and industrial properties. Swift Lumber Company is located east of the site and the former Masland Carpet, Inc. is located to the south. Residential properties are located west of the site and Duffield Lake Road borders to the north. The site is currently undeveloped and unimproved with structures, parking lots, or roadways. It does not contain fences or gates and is easily accessible from Duffield Lake Road.

Former Use: The site has historically been used for agriculture and timberland. It was owned by the Patterson Family until the 1990s when the City of Atmore purchased it.
