Property will be redeveloped as Hernando Brewing Company, LLC.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that a residence was constructed on the southwest corner of the property prior to 1936. A second residence was constructed on the northern portion of the property between 1936 and 1944. Both residences were demolished between 1975 and 1978. A portion of the current warehouse building was constructed in 1978 on the western portion of the property. An addition was constructed on the northern face of the building between 1991 and 1998, to complete the current layout. An open air shed was constructed on the central portion of the property in 1995. The property was occupied by Agri Fab Inc., a fabricator of lawn care products between at least the early 1990s and 2001. The property was also occupied by CBL Architectural Fiberglass, a manufacturer of fiberglass moldings, between 2002 and 2017. The property has been vacant of tenants since January 2018. PM was unable to document the tenants of the building between 1978 and the early 1990s. Based on the industrial nature of the building and the historic manufacturing use of the building, it is likely that the building has been utilized by various manufacturing tenants since construction.
