Arsenic was detected in one (1) soil sample at a concentration of 5.08 mg/kg which exceeded the EPA Region 3 Screening Level of 3.0 mg/kg but was below the VDEQ VRP Tier III Screening Concentration of 30 mg/kg. No further action was recommended based on the proposed plan to import fill material to uniformly raise the site grade by 5-6 feet.
