Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The former gas station property consists of two parcels of land with three buildings formerly utilized for gas station operations. The change booth building was built in 1949 and the convenience store and storage shed were built in 1971. A Phase I was performed in 2016. The Phase II found 100 sq. ft. of friable roofing mastic containing trace asbestos. Petroleum hydrocarbon constituents were all below default screening levels established by NDEP to be protective of direct contact exposure and leaching to groundwater.
