Additional Property Attributes

Payne realty was a historic gas station from the late 1940's till 1972 located in historic downtown Livingston. The current owners were struggling to sell the property due to the perceived presence of petroleum. A phase II investigation assisted the owners in removing historic tanks and assisted DEQ in evaluating and closing the site. Now the site is ready for redevelopment.
