Additional Property Attributes

The former Jenkins Garage operated as an automotive repair shop, lube, and gas station from 1951 to 1986. During operation, the facility included six above ground storage tanks with underground piping, and gas & diesel dispensers. Diane Fuhrman and Frank Parker purchased the property in June of 2014 and had all above ground structures demolished and removed from the property. Following demolition, Diane and Frank could not sell the property due to the perceived threat of contamination. DEQ provided a phase II ESA in September of 2018, which confirmed the presence of a petroleum release.
