Additional Property Attributes

The Bundtrocks Miralce Mile (Facility), Facility ID #07-06613 and DEQ Release #1865, is located at 6221 2nd Avenue North in Great Falls, Montana. The property is owned by Sharon Bundtrocks. The property is currently operating as an Automotive Towing and Repair Shop. Previously the facility operated as a gas station and housed four underground storage tanks containing gasoline. The release is attributed to a loose joint on the 6000 gallon tank. Although investigations and groundwater monitoring has occurred onsite, this task order will define the extent and magnitude of contamination under the building. The property is currently being considered for use of brownfields RLF funding and the Phase II results will be used to design a corrective action plan for potential building demo and over excavation of contaminated soils.
