Additional Property Attributes

The former Mountain Man Pawn (Facility) operated as Ray?s Gulf Service Center gas station and automotive repair shop, from the 1960?s until 1976. During operation, the Facility included three underground storage tanks (USTs) with underground piping and diesel and gas dispensers. All three USTs were 8,000 gallons and contained both diesel and gasoline. All USTs, piping, and dispensers have been removed from the property by Dr. Young DVM and returned to Gulf Oil Co. prior to the inception of UST regulations. A geophysical investigation provided by MT TBA in September of 2018 identified the location of the historical tank basin and confirmed that all fuel tanks and piping were removed. However, soil and groundwater contamination may still be present and a phase II ESA was completed in late 2018. Results are pending.
