Additional Property Attributes

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) completed a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at the above referenced property in Dodge City, Kansas. Based on the Phase I report, no �Recognized Environmental Conditions� (RECs) were identified at the property. No further investigation was needed through the Brownfields Program and the property was cleared for redevelopment. Business Environmental Risks (BERs) were found during a NESHAP Limited Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint (LBP), and Mold Survey. Based on the information collected during the survey, asbestos containing materials (ACMs) were identified as 220 square feet of floor tile (7% chrysotile), 780 square feet of beige floor tile (5% chrysotile), 575 square feet of red floor tile (7% chrysotile), 2,235 square feet of beige floor tile with mastic (7% and 10% chrysotile), 2,805 square feet of gray floor tile (10% chrysotile), 128 linear feet of window sealant (3% chrysotile), 200 linear feet of thermal pipe wrapping Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM), 5 fire doors (PACM), 14 sinks with undercoating (PACM). Lead-Based Paint was not identified as part of this survey.
