Additional Property Attributes

The College Park LCI Conceptual Masterplan has the site designated as part of a Central Park.

Former Use: The parcel had a single family residences by at least 1920 according to city directories. Additional houses were added over the years. In 2005 the parcel appeared vacant, thought to be razed for noise abatement efforts for the Atlanta Airport. Since then the parcel has remained vacant and has become overgrown.
