This property is on the downtown block in Mitchell. It is currently being redeveloped into a business and the owners wanted to know what things to keep in mind while redeveloping. The Phase I returned 1 REC: a nearby dry cleaning facility. The Phase I recommends further soil and water testing due to this discovery.
