Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Site consists of two (2) parcels (referred to the northern and southern parcels) and is bounded by Main Street to the south, with residential and former railroad properties beyond; residential properties to the west; warehouse and residential to the north; and residential and agricultural properties to the east. The Subject Site is currently owned by James R. Kile. Buckeye Feed & Seed owned the SIte from 1986 - 1992. The Subject Site operated historically as an agricultural center, feed & seed, Agricultural Co-Op, grain elevator from the early 1900�s through 1986. Operations included the use and sale of gasoline and diesel fuels until the site closed. The Site was mostly vacant, grain elevator (closed) from 1986 � 1992 when it sold to private ownership and utilized as personal storage for antique cars, tractors, etc. waiting repair or restoration.
