Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: One of the two mill buildings was built in 1890 and the other in 1920. They have been used for textile manufacturing and other industrial purposes. The property has previously been owned/operated by the Orr Brothers Dye House (textile manufacturing, 1890-1920), Halliwell Co. Bleach & Dye Works and other textile manufacturing (1920's-1970's), several small munufacturing businesses (pens, jewelry, plastics, printing, boxes, labels, duct work, etc. 1970's-2008), Blackstone Pawtucket LLC (2008-present).
