Additional Property Attributes

The target property is located in a commercial/industrial area of Billings, Montana and is bordered by Cliffhangers, a wholesale truck parts business, to the west and north, and a used car lot to the east and southeast. Directly to the south is 2nd Avenue North, and further to the southwest is Billings Machine & Welding Shop. The parcel is approximately 12,083 square feet (0.277 acres), and the target property is relatively flat. One permanent building (office, shop, and lounge) is located at the target property.

Former Use: Since 1963, the building has been used for wholesale distribution of automotive lubrication and industrial gauges. It is in good condition and is not currently being used.
