Additional Property Attributes

Music Museum was built around the year 1906. When first built, it was a 3-story hotel. Before being gifted to the City, the hotel shut down it became a Music Museum. For the past 25 years the building has sat unopened to the public and has since become anuisance to our Main Street appeal. Due to the disrepair of the building, the City is certain 117 N Main Ave is contaminated with asbestos The City of Parker is always looking to bring new businesses to it's downtown, and by removing these old structures the city feel confident the empty lots will bring in new faces and store front.
