Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with two structures. The larger of the structures consists of a two-story wood and brick building and was constructed in 1920. The smaller structure was added in 1950. The property has been used as a grocery store, office buildings, motorcycle club and barber shop. The Little Rock Diamond Foundation, Inc. requested TBA from the Arkansas Brownfield Program in 2018. They planned to use the building to house their mentoring program and other community outreach efforts. The Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs but the asbestos and lead-based paint inspection did identify asbestos and lead-based paint.
