Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site (Old ount Building/Two Lots) consists of three tax parcels owned by two private entities. Collectively the site occupies approximately 3.3 acres. The site has one 4,500 sq-ft old school building of brick construction and one 1,000 sq-ft residential building of wood construction. North of the residential building is the sub-floor of a demolished residence and an old in-ground community storm shelter. South of the old school building are former concrete tennis courts. The Phase I ESA founds no RECs. The following Business Environmental Risks were found: suspected Lead-based paint (LBP), Asbestos-containing material (ACM), and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) (in window grout) due to the age of construction and site observations.
