Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of approximately 30 acres of undeveloped land located in Price, Utah. The Property is located immediately north of, and contiguous to, the public Toy Atwood Park (baseball field complex) and is surrounded by predominantly undeveloped lands, with localized oil and/or natural gas wells and transmission pipelines. A public equestrian stable and riding complex is located south of the ballfields, with a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) administration building and equipment maintenance facilities located south of the stables. Residential subdivisions are located south of the USDA property.

Localized areas of the ground surface of the property have been used for discard (i.e., unpermitted dumping) of a variety of solid waste refuse-type materials by the community, as explained in detail in the following report section 1.3 Previous Environmental Reports. A recreational, mountain bike course has been constructed atop localized portions of the site, as identified on Figure 2 herein. Reportedly, the rest of the property will remain in its current state and not be used as part of the bike course, for the foreseeable future.
