Additional Property Attributes

This site is a former grocery store that was acquired with the intent of renovating the building and re-opening as a grocery store. An Asbestos Survey was necessary to determine if abatement was needed prior to renovation. Asbestos > 1% was found in the mastic and black sink coating of the office area. Therefore, abatement will be necessary prior to renovation.
