Historical manufacturing operations (1970-1996) included use, storage, and disposal of chemicals and petroleum products. Chemical storage was mostly in interior of building. Some exterior chemical storage may have occurred. Historical chemical handling practices are unknown. Former hydraulic lift and former sump identified in previous investigation. Former Use: Currently used as warehouse/storage. Previously used as clothing manufacturer from 1969-1996. Building leased in 1990s to Pulaski Furniture for furniture storage and Bond Cote for industrial chemical storage. Property owned by Allied Chemical prior to building construction w/ unknown use.
