Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is owned by the I Sun Hwang Trust and consists of one property, approximately 0.40 acres, with one single-story structure. The site was undeveloped, vacant land until the late 1960s. The current Site structure was completed in 1969, which is its current configuration except for alterations in 2003 and 2005. The Site has operated as a restaurant since its original construction, with periods of vacancy.
