Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Boomer Lake Station is a former power plant located at 1 Boomer Lake Station Drive in Stillwater, Ok. The former site was constructed during the 1960s and consists of an unoccupied power generation facility, a shop area, power plant, water pumps, emergency generators, and storage buildings on a 0.98-acre site. A Phase I ESA was completed in 2018 that indicated one REC and one CREC in connection with the site. During the Phase II ESA the indoor air sampling indicated no evidence of vapor intrusion. The results of the soil sampling indicated limited to no impacts to the soil.
