Additional Property Attributes

Property is currently a vacant lot with concrete slab and foundation remaining from former building and asphalt parking lots covering approximately 99% of the total acreage Former Use: The site had operated historically as an automobile rubber tire and component manufacturing plant from at least 1962 to about 2004. The site was owned by General Tire up to 1996 when they sold to BTR Antivibration. BTR sold to Trelleborg in 2000 who then sold to Hunt Salvage Group on January 5, 2007. On March 2, 2007, Hunt Salvage reorganized to 1 General St. LLC. who then sold the property to the City of Logansport on November 12, 2014.
