Additional Property Attributes

The South Eastern Development Foundation, a non-profit organization, has requested Brownfields assistance in performing the Phase II assessment at the subject property so that they can quantify any potential contamination present at the site and assess risk and liability associated with that potential contamination before the property is redeveloped.

Former Use: The past use of the property consisted of a gasoline station in the early 1970s. The underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed but there are no records available regarding the removal of those USTs. In addition, a former gas station site is located approximately 100 feet northwest of the subject property. The lack of details regarding the removal of USTs from these sites constitute RECs for the subject property.
