One isolated soil sample (SB-18) exceed the MDEQ Tier I TRGs (Restricted) for benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene. Groundwater was impacted with VOCs (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes in the areas of TW-12, and TW-18 at concentrations exceeding the MDEQ Tier I TRGs and the US EPA RSLs. Groundwater was also impacted in the area of TW-8 with trichloroethene at a concentration exceeding the MDEQ Tier I TRG and the US EPA RSL.
