Former Use: There is an one-story brick building of approximately 3,600 square feet on the property. The building is positioned on the southeast half of the property. The building is an one-story, commercial-type, flat-topped building. It was constructed in 1960 with an exterior of brick, concrete, and glass. The current property owner is shown by the Florence County Tax Assessor as the Florence Health Center, 1205 West Evans Street, Florence, South Carolina, 29501. The property is currently rented by the �Access Community Center for Youth and Family Enrichment�, which is registered in South Carolina as a provider of mental health services for troubled youth. No RECS were identified on the property, but an asbestos survey was performed and determined that both friable and non friable asbestos was present.
