Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The parcel includes interconnected buildings originally used as a clothing manufacturing facility and subsequently for other uses including furniture assembly, refinishing and sales areas. The manufacturing buildings are generally three large warehouse type structures joined to each other along their length in a parallel configuration from south to north, a fourth warehouse type structure affixed to the rear (east side) of the middle warehouse structure, and various smaller building additions on the south and west sides.The buildings occupy a footprint of approximately 128,000 square feet. There is a 1,000 square foot second-story section over the administrative offices at the southwest corner of the building facing the intersection of Blanding and Phillips Streets.
