Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located on the southeast corner of NW 4th Street and Shartel Ave. The Site has been developed since at least 1904 when residences were depicted on the Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps. OES was provided several reports detailing soil/groundwater investigations conducted on the Site by GMR & Associates. The investigations were conducted from 2007 to 2009. Chemicals of concern were identified in soil and groundwater related to chlorinated solvent and gasoline constituents. Former Use: Site consists of an approximately 2.5-acre parcel of land which is currently vacant. Multiple groundwater monitoring wells were observed across the Site which are related to the historical groundwater investigations conducted as a result of historical use. The future plans for the property are unknown at this time. The site received a Brownfields Certificate of no action necessary and land use disclosure through the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality on March 2021.
