Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site was first developed in the late 1880s for residential use and remained residential or vacant until the 1950s when it was redeveloped as a warehouse. It was redeveloped in the late 1950s as an automotive maintenance business. Automotive maintenance facilities use petroleum-based oils, greases and other lubricants. The building was demolished in the mid-2010s. The site is currently being used as a parking lot.
