Additional Property Attributes

The Property is irregular shaped and composed of five individual parcels located in a commercial/industrial setting approximately 0.33 miles east of downtown Fargo. The Property is bordered to the north by 1st Avenue North and beyond by the Fargo City Hall and a City drinking water well pump house; to the west by 3rd Street North and beyond by United Automotive Tech Center and Family Health Care; to the south by Northern Pacific Avenue North, the Vogel Law Firm and Aramark; and to the east by Petro Serve USA, 2nd Street North and the Case Plaza parking lot. A wireless communication primarily business providing two-way communication equipment services including sales, repair and installation. The building consists of offices, a break room, restrooms, a parts sale area, garage used for the installation of radios in vehicles, a repair area and material storage area. A separate vacant office area with restrooms is located in the southeast portion of the building.
