Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 0.141-acre Site consists of one (1) parcel of land identified by the Greenville County Tax Assessor as parcel #0120000400100. One (1) two-story commercial building totaling approximately 4,800 square feet (ft2) improves the Site. The Site building was constructed circa 1928 and is a brick structure on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a flat, wood , membrane roof. The Site building occupies the majority of the Site. A paved sidewalk is located to the north of the Site building along Pendleton Street. The Site was historically utilized as a sewing department in the 1920�s, possibly associated with the school formerly located across the street. The Site building has been occupied by various tenants since the 1960�s including a post office, retail stores, commercial offices, and art studios.
