Former Use: The site consists of two (2) contiguous parcels (IDs 201-11-05-023-000 & 201-11-05-022-000) located at 111 and 113 Columbia St. in downtown Chester, South Carolina, encompassing approximately 0.56-acres of land. The eastern portion of the subject property is improved with one (1) structure encompassing approximately 5,150 square feet (ft2) in area that is evenly split between the two parcels. The western half of the site is undeveloped and cleared of vegetation. The subject property is improved with one (1) single-story, concrete masonry unit (CMU) structure spanning both the 111 Columbia St. and 113 Columbia St. addresses. The structure encompasses approximately 5,150 square feet (ft2) in area, and is evenly split between the two parcels. The site is currently owned by the City of Chester, South Carolina, and is used as a farmer�s market and event venue. Prior to its use as a farmer's market, the site is known to have operated as an automotive service station and feed supply store.
