The Site is located at 123 N 28th Street, Billings, Montana and lies in Township 01 South, Range 26 East, Section 03, Block 92, Lot 13-14 (Figure 1). The latitude and longitude of the property is 45.782925� North and -108.506317� West, respectively. The Site is located at 3,134 feet above mean sea level. The 0.161-acre site is located in a commercial area in the heart of downtown Billings. A variety of retail businesses, restaurants, and banks border the target property. One three-story building is located on the target property. The building is currently vacant, in good condition, and for sale.

Former Use: The 123 building was reportedly constructed in 1900 and renovated in 1999. According to the property owner, the building was formerly used as a drug store, dress shop, and stock brokerage. It is currently in good condition and is available as office space.
