Additional Property Attributes

The target property is located within a tax increment financing area of Billings, Montana. The target property is used as an auto repair facility (North 15th Street parcel) and parking area (4th Avenue parcel). It is bordered to the north and northwest by two large buildings currently used for storage. An electronic waste recycling business is located northeast of the target property on North 15th Street. An automotive repair facility (Big Sky Collision Center) is south of the target property. Southwest of the target property are the fuel dispensers and above ground tanks (ASTs) operated by the Stockton Oil Company. The parcel on North 15th Street contains an automotive repair building and two small outbuildings on a lot approximately 14,000 square feet (0.321 acres). The second parcel approximately 7,000 square feet (0.161 acres) is comprised of a flat gravel lot used for vehicle parking.

Former Use: The property is currently used as an automotive repair facility (Wrenches Automotive, LLC) performing minor repairs and general automotive service and maintenance, and parking. The site is currently owned by Barbara Connolly.
