Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of one parcel occupying approximately 0.18 acres currently occupied by V&L Auto and Service. The site has been used as a fuel and auto service station since at least the 1950s. Adjoining properties have been residential, commercial (service station, parking), and undeveloped. The property contains a one-story office building with automotive service/repair garage bays. Ownership is private. Numerous 55-gallon leaking drums and smaller containers stored in poor conditions were observed during the site visit. Future use of the site is a park/greenspace.
