Additional Property Attributes

Ski Resort includes hotel, condos and various other buildings. Environmental concerns include a former underground storage tank that had a release to the environment but was never assessed, a maintenance shop with floor drains that discharged to the environment and asbestos containing material in a hotel that was constructed in the 1960s.
