Additional Property Attributes

The Site is improved with an approximately 14,442-square foot, three-story residential multifamily building with a basement. Remaining portions of the Site are improved with limited landscaping along the building perimeter, as well as a small entrance courtyard on the western side of the Site. The Site is serviced by municipal water and sewer. The Site was initially developed with the eastern half of a barnlike structure for the former residence at 14 Highland Street. By 1901, the existing Site building was constructed and served as a two-family residence. From 1928 to present-day, the Site has been utilized as a residential apartment building and boarding house. The site will be developed as part of a Right of way for extension of Legion Parkway associated with new Public Safety Complex.
