Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located at 414 West Midwest Avenue, Casper, Wyoming within an area that is developed with commercial and light-industrial properties. The Site is located on the southwest corner of West Midwest Avenue and South Elm Street. According to Site interviews and available records, the Site appears to have been developed in approximately 1903 with a residential dwelling. Another residential dwelling was shown in the 1925 fire insurance map. By 1948, the fire insurance map indicted two dwellings and an apartment. It is unknown when the apartment and other dwelling were removed from the Site. The Site was listed as a residence in the city directories until 1998, when it was reported as a tax and bookkeeping service. It was then not listed until 2002 when it was reported to be utilized as a locksmith until 2014. There have been no listings since 2014.
