Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I revealed a two-story masonry structure with a small basement and attic on the property that is currently used as an office space for the Clinton College Administrative Office. The flooring largely consists of hard wood (main rooms), ceramic tiling (fireplace), and a small amount of vinyl tiling (bathrooms/closets). The basement features miscellaneous office storage, HVAC ducting, and a sump pump. The attic space appears to be used for miscellaneous office space storage and contains HVAC ducting consistent with ducting found in the basement. ACM and Pb paint surveys were not included in the scope of work; however, based on the age of the onsite building, it is possible that ACMs could be present in materials such as vinyl floor tile/mastic, pipe insulation, tiling leveler, and roofing material. Additionally, based on the age of the onsite building, it is possible that LBPs could be present. All building materials are currently at low risk of disturbance; however, if building materials will be disturbed during any renovation/demolition activities, it is recommended that ACM and LBP surveys be performed prior to disturbance. It should be noted that there were no RECs on the property. All RECs are associated with off-property sources that may be migrating onto 219 Hampton Street.
